WOULD YOU MIX and MATCH.would an older series AT work in later model and vice versa. now that I've got my head around the codes.at got some collective eyes on the subject. ![]() ![]() 1,2,or 3 must refer to the production run of the AT. then 'M' = 'P' = "L' to denote 3.3 boxer US, AUD, and JDM Z, Y or A refer to US style AWD, Y is VTD AWD, A is 2WD So.based on what we've got the breakdown of codes looks the same but prefixes are different. from AUD 95 models at this stage - TZ102YP1CA However in Australia I'm waiting on Subaru to provide more info on their coding. From what I've got so far, for US cars and wherever else those AT configs are used the ATs are like this : ![]()
